This has happened 8 times today and I have no idea what is causing it. I am giving it a rest for today.
I am super frustrated with this and I would love some help with this.

I don’t have much experience, but I did have a similar problem with my machine while I was trying to learn to embroidery. I had to add an additional layer of stabilizer under the fabric. But I’ve also seen a possibility of those problems with needing a new needle, different thread (especially if the embroidering is very dense), rewinding a new bobbin, and/or just cleaning more thoroughly down in the bobbin area.
I’ve had more trouble with using cotton thread. I mostly have used Isacord, a 40 wt. polyester thread for the top thread and a 50 or 60 wt. polyester bobbin thread. Midwest Sewing sells Isacord thread.
Adam: I am not sure what project you are working on. The embroidery machine is set up to use the hoop and the threads near it. Were you just trying to sew something on it? This can happen if you try to use the embroidery function without the hoop but… I guess I need more information. It was seemed to be working tonight so whatever was wrong, may have been resolved. Hopefully James will see this and let us know. Thanks.
Sorry about the delay in response. It has been a rough week for me.
I was using the hoop. I do not know what is causing this.
The hoop was only removed to show what the lower threading was doing.
Someone also snapped the hoop on one side and Kim K said he was going to check into finding another one as he had to go over to A1 anyways for another makeict repair.
I have no idea what the correct tension is for that machine and that material and I probably should try again on a test piece with some stabilizer.
