New member here. My name is douglas lamoureaux, The new guitar making group sparked my interest in joining, but there are other interesting areas to learn about. I am a retired engineer, interested in 3D rendering, birds, dogs, cats and local wildlife, ghost towns, digital photography, guitar playing, guitar repairing, modding and hopefully, build a few electric guitars. Trying to avoid the fencing group as my legs don’t wanna play like that anymore.

As far as stained glass guitars go, i have seen glass used to make electric guitars. It supposedly came out extremely heavy, but it sounded awesome in a haunting sort of way. Might be intriguing to do top surfave inlays in glass for a project down the line.
