David’s video shows as unavailable. It says the video is private but YES, I’m standing here in front of the building and the door will not unlock for me either.

Sorry. Somehow I managed to schedule it to be published tomorrow night.
Looks like it is failing to disarm the alarm, so it’s not unlocking. Someone will need to check that the alarm system and the connection to it is working properly. I will not be in town until Wednesday, so hopefully someone else can look at it today.
Everything is working, I came down as soon as I saw this morning, and people were in and everything was good.

As a reminder, If there’s a problem with the door: email security, as people have things setup so they see thaose emails, but not general posts, and will generally quickly fix or bug the people like IT needed to fix it. At the minimum, if you do post instead of email, then tag security. As LaDeana just did.
If you (aka anyone) see someone post like this without security tagged then tag security.
But email security! It’s not like something we have tried again and again to hammer in orientation since almost 2 building moves ago.
We have been having problems with the UPS which is why I have the battery by the door to provide an emergency backup to the UPS, as the UPS that does the door seems flaky, so changing some of that so we don’t use that is #3 on my current list of top priorities at the space. (Yep the door working is #3, As #1 breaks the door anyway and #2 is time sensitive and the door usually works.) Though I’m going to work on it some now since I’m here.
And the alarm connections seem like they may be one problem recently, but are good as far as I can tell atm. To test completely, just might annoy the people in the building. So will have to wait until tonight or later to be absolutely sure. (And if you have problems… email security.)

I have emailed security a couple of other times in the past about a couple of other things. For whatever reason, this wasn’t something that caused me to think of that option.
