Is there magic to this other than spray, dry, and laser ?
I was unsuccessful in my first attempts.

I have tried plaster of paris and molybdenum disulfate mixed with alcohol and have good results on most metals except for aluminum. The lube is sort of, not exactly premium.
Cermark works nice.
What are you trying it on? I had good results when i tried it a couple years ago.
