Cr-10 3d Printer Says Firmware Update

Cr - 10 wont Print says a firmware problem. Any idea how to get it updated ?

As far as I know, that message shouldn’t stop you from printing. I’m out of town, but I can take a look on Tuesday if it’s still an issue.

Issue solved. There was a bundle of wires that got caught between the left hand Z axis stepper and the Z axis, making it so the machine couldn’t home Z. Wires moved and a quick power cycle did the trick.
The firmware issue that it threw (thanks for leaving it up btw!!) I believe was a timeout while homing the Z axis, since it wasn’t able to reach the endstop. Did a quick test print and everything went as usual!
