Cone 6 - read guide and follow it to fire at cone 6

I noticed more items on the cone 6 shelf that are not ready to fire as the guidelines we set out for Cone 6 firing at makeict have not been followed.
Cone 6 firing is hotter than cone 5 and requires more care to prevent mishaps.

When a single glaze is used on the outside, it usually won’t run much unless it is a runner glaze, but the glaze still expands during firing and so you must clean a rim around the bottom edge to be free of glaze, or we won’t fire it in our kiln at cone 6.
If you layer at all on the outside, you need to research and learn about the interaction and its run potential. You may need to leave more space glaze free.
Here’s our posted information- it is clearly posted on the shelf.
The pieces above the sign are glazed clear to the bottom and can’t be fired like this at cone 6 or even 5. You need to wet sponge at least 1/8" rim at bottom edge- more if it might run.
We do not want any glaze to run onto our kiln shelves.

Apologies. I’ll get in to clean those better in the next day or two.
