If you made pieces for the next cone 6 firing they need to be on the shelf ready to go. Have not yet fired a cone 6 in June. Planning to fire soon- possibly tonight.
Be sure there is no glaze on the bottom, and that you have a little bare space along bottom edge for expansion of glaze in the kiln.
If you layered and your layers might run during firing leave a note in your pot that states what glazes are on the outside to help us when we load the kiln. Remember things do run more in Cone 6 than at Cone 5.
