I thought I would start new thread about this and ask for others opinions on when they would like to schedule the class. Please feel free to look over what is here, maybe if there is enough interest we can get a class scheduled.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask.
So here is the break down that I have, note that it can change:
Each subsection would be a class that can be requested. I tried to make them as independent from each other as possible, but there is a lot of crossover amongst just these.

Im looking to set up some kind of storage server where all my in house computers have access to it and i can share and store files and backup files.
Would any of these courses help me
Not really, mainly because there are stand alone Network Attached Storage (NAS) devices that can be hooked into your network easily enough with out having a “storage server.” The NAS can be attached to your network router and each computer can be network mapped to it.
@Malissa I set up a new day for a class and submitted it.
For those who are following this, I set up a workshop style class for the 19th at 1 in the afternoon. Plan on at least 3 hours possibly 4 depending on how many questions and such.
Myself and 2 other people were signed up for the previous 4 week class that got canceled. I paid $75 for that.
I just viewed my balance at MakeICT - Authorization required and the balance shows $0. May I please be reimbursed for the canceled class? I have no issue with the money “floating” in my profile finances rather than being charged back to my PayPal because there are other classes i would like to take and my membership renewal is due in 2 or 3 days.
Ok I want to make sure I am understanding this correctly. @JTPayne will this be the same as the four week class but just done on one day a week instead of the three evenings and you can just take one of the classes if you’re not wanting to do all of them? My son is interested in doing the class to completion and taking the certification test.
The workshops have been broken down into 4 parts, each will focus on different portions of the the first certification test which is CompTIA A+ 1101. For the second portion of the certification test (CompTIA A+ 1102) will be 2 or maybe 3 workshops(I am hoping for just 2). Breaking them up like this does make it more clunky, but allows for those who can not commit to a heavier schedule to prepare for the tests. It also allows for those who want to refresh their knowledge to be able to pick and choose what they would like to study or need help with.
