Hey we are all volunteers here… we understand vacations 
. I love what you are proposing. They are all skills that guitar builders need (body routing, neck shaping, and wood bending for acoustic)
I also bet that others would love learning these skills.
(Hmmm… I wonder if hand-building for kids might be a good class… )
If you can get me a list of tools you think we lack for hand-building, we can craft a proposal to the board to get the woodshop the tools you need.
