Cannot Access the Lasers

I took the class Tuesday evening and tried to use the machines today, but it still flashes red. Kim told us to contact IT if this happened. Can someone help me.

Is your badge not making it flash green? If so, that is odd.

Correct, it flashes red then yellow then back to red

I think sometimes IT has to kick the machine in the back. @IT

Tip: The best way to get IT is to email them IT@makeict,org … but you can also put the atIT in the text of a post. (I didn’t repeat it here since they would get two emails.)
