All items have been removed from top of the lockers and placed in a grief area now on no storage. Anything left On top of lockers from now on, all items placed on top shall be removed as per Unified Personal Property Policy.

All MakeICT members, please note that you MUST store items in compliance with the Unified Personal Property Policy. We would really like to avoid doing a Grief Area but it was needed after there have been notifications that this was coming for over a month!

Unfortunately, the filament was not abandoned and there is currently no policy regarding a prohibition of storage on top of a rented locker. I would appreciate being contacted for its return. Thanks!

I get the frustration, but it was at the top of the newsletter, on the forum, I printed off a few pages and placed them pretty much directly next to each large group of stuff on the lockers a couple weeks in advance, and it was one of the very few things on the massive whiteboard for a while.

I believe the current policy as linked in the OP too covers this. I’m probably biased though as I helped shape that policy.
This didn’t happen earlier (ie right after the policy was updated) because it falls in a weird space of “who does the hallway belong to”.
