Broken coupling on washer

FYI: I just burned a new screen, went to wash it out, and the nozzle on the power washer is spraying everywhere. I’ll mop up, but it definitely needs replaced. Do we have any replacement nozzles anywhere?

Edit: Never mind, the nozzle isn’t the problem. The coupling itself is broken.

Probably a dumb question, but did you have the pump turned on? I noticed when I used it on Sunday that its sprayed out of the joint in the coupling if the pump was off, but it worked fine when the pump was running.

I haven’t needed to turn the pump on to wash out images before. I think Doug said it was too much pressure and can wash out the set emulsion too.

That makes sense. I didn’t realize it got used without the pump. The coupler might just need new O-rings.

Very possible. I’ll look into that.
