You can get heaters already on a tripod, though it costs more up front.
Seems hard to believe, that you could accomplish that with basically two of those heaters restaurants use when people want to eat outside when it’s a little cold. But I’d try it, if somebody gave me a pair of those heaters!
One bonus over using an oven, in addition to the cost, would be that you can use the heaters for their intended purpose as well as for powder coating.
