A little over a year ago I noticed something on Turnpike Dr on my way to MakeICT . I checked Google maps but nothing. I kept saying I was going to stop and take a picture to share. This is outside of Spirit AeroSystems, Inc. . I think it’s a great placed piece of art. Is it an homage to Stephen King’s It? I’d love to know the story behind this balloon.
