Auto-pay members getting notices from WA

A number of our members are getting emails from Wild Apricot (our membership software), saying that their payment is past due. We have identified this as an error on WA’s end, and are working to resolve the problem. We will take steps to make sure that nobody has key issues due to this error. For some reason, WA isn’t crediting automatic payments to the member’s account, but we do have PayPal records showing payment. I’ll let everyone know when the trouble is resolved. It is not necessary to email us about it at this time. Thanks!

A lot of people are missing this post… should I blast out an email today? Have we heard anything from WA?

We have, and Christian and I are meeting at 3 to hopefully resolve the issue today.
