Project Overview: Install and maintenance support for Pitney Bowes’ industry-leading line of Postage Meters and Mailing Machines, on an individual work order basis, with immediate potential for an exclusive contract.
Scope of Work: There are three Service Types that you will be trained to support:
- Install & Removal Support
- Break Fix Support
- Lift & Assist Support
Service Hours: Flexible, between 8AM - 5PM Local Time
Estimated Time on Site: 45 - 90 Minutes, depending on service
Parts: Machines will be shipped to the customer’s site
Training: All training will be provided for free
Service Requirements:
- Polished and professional clothing
- Excellent customer service – comfortable training clients on equipment functionality
- Be able to complete required online training
- Be able to pass a Background Check and a Drug Test
