Not second hand but harbor freight is really cheap as well. There are two locations in Wichita.
The big tool store will have 2nd hand tools every once in a great while hidden towards the office area.

Get on the Wichita buy sell and trade group on Facebook - I’ve seen several bad breakups that resulted in bargain basement prices recently.
