So i found a stray plasma cutter in the electronics lab. On inspection i found a few issues. A missing component in the front, probably an incandescent lamp. You also lost your power cord I noticed. that should be easy. But someone ordered a side of toasted capacitors. The blowout on the top, the torn up wrapping and the blackened charring on the pcb are all indicative of capacitors that have bit the dust.
