4. How will you gauge whether we’re successful as an organization?
I think to gauge how successful we are as an organization we need to make sure that members feel comfortable and confident to use the space and learn new skills.

This can be accomplished by completing interviews with the current members at different periods of the year.

another gauge we can use is the amount of active members we have at any one time, If we can see an increase in numbers. I also think this will add to the KPI of people being comfortable and confident to enjoy the space.

5. Do you see a need to increase dues?
Currently I don’t see a need to increase dues, although in the future if the number of active members increases significantly it may need to reviewed.
