Ethan Doak has set up a work day for tomorrow at 2:00 pm. The plan is to set up the AV system for Board Meetings in this room. It could also be used for other events requiring a Zoom, Google Meet or Go to Webinar type online presentation.

Thanks to @james.a.seymour and @deanday for helping out today. We made a lot of headway including testing many components and inventorying almost everything. Room 4 still needs some serious cleaning before itâs ready for prime-time. But weâve got 9 mics ready for our 8 board members next meeting. Get ready for some hopefully vastly improved meeting audio.
Also weâve now got components to make a truly bumpinâ audio setup. Listening party or movie night might be in our future
