Ultimaker issue

Does anyone remember accidentally bumping the ultimaker last night? Everything looked good in slic3r, so I can’t fathom what else could have caused this.

I can fathom some reasons. Generally this happens when a part of the print warps upwards and catches on the nozzle or fan shroud. This can either cause a belt to skip or shift the build plate. In this case the glass plate was shifted significantly. This print was also sliced with the ABS profile instead PLA, which is too hot and doesn’t run the layers fans and can cause extra warping.

I assume that turtle that was printing today was yours as well. It was also sliced using the ABS profile, and had spots that were warping significantly. The plate had gotten knocked back and forth several times so I went ahead and cancelled it.

The glass plate was fairly loose so I tightened the clips to help it stay in place better.
