Hello makers, we have discussed our real estate broker for the new building search many times and need to make a formal decision on how much we will allow and which one to pick. Since we didn’t announce today’s bylaws meeting as a board meeting in time, we discussed it and decided to make our board coffee meeting on Saturday into a board meeting for this one thing.
