During our recent 3D printing class, almost everyone had issues connecting to the Snapmakers. They could bind via IP and see the printer itself reporting info like what filament was loaded, but when they went to hit the send button it would just hang and eventually fail to send the file and we had to rely on USB drives.
Not sure what’s causing it, just providing a heads up.
I ran into it at least a month ago (9/12). I believe there was a firmware update as well as updates to Snapmaker Orca that happened around that time.
