Today’s question:

Have you been involved or seen an accident at our makerspace? Have you ever seen an accident or a “near miss” where someone could have been injured at our makerspace? What happened?

I know discussion on these questions hasn’t been overly abundant, even sassy discussion, but I’m glad you’re doing this. It’s good to keep everyone’s mind primed with the right things to be thinking about.

There is a piece of a cutoff wheel imbedded in the wall above the material rack in the metal shop. There were other pieces, obviously. So I would call that a definite near hit.
