Prusa 2 and Prusa 3 have now had their firmware updated, calibrations performed, and all lubrication and maintenance except for nozzle replacement completed. I didn’t see the nozzle wrench over there, so I’ll have to bring mine from home and change them out next time I come over.
Prusa 4 and 5 are my next targets, hopefully Monday afternoon if they are open and my schedule permits.
I appreciate the offer, but there is actually a specifically designed wrench to make removing and installing nozzles easier. Doing it with regular wrenches can be an exercise in frustration.
I have my 4 year CT scan at my Oncologist’s at 3 pm, and then will head over to the space after that to take a look and see about doing maintenance on Prusa 4. Should be over there probably around 3:45 or so…
John is awesome! Tonight I printed a little articulated thing on Prusa 1 to prove that I should not give up on the Prusas… no brim no supports it stuck just fine and printed great.
Prusa 4 has a clog that needs more help than the tools we had but the others are rocking on, freshly lubricated and calibrated.
