May be worth considering getting some Mosquito TNT (Tougher than Toms brand?) Idk how big the lot is but if we got a set we could likely rig it around the garden at least; I think a $40 set covers ¼ acre and lasts all summer.
Luckily, there doesn’t seem to be a mosquito problem, I believe the treatment mentioned in this thread was purely preventative as there are large stands of stagnant water (that should quickly evaporate) on our solarizing sheet.
In addition, please pour out standing water around the garden. I’m pretty good at catching it but group efforts are best.
