I am sure I was shown a metal detector in the woodshop once. I looked today and didn’t find one. Does anyone know where it is? I have some pallet wood and barn wood to use and don’t want to ruin a saw blade.
It used to be in a bottom drawer but I don’t recall which box
There used to be one in the facilities room.
I found it in the bottom drawer of the red cabinet in the room with the shopbot.
Now, I needed the miter gauge for the small band saw and couldn’t find it anywhere. I found the one for the Grizzly but it has a button on the end that won’t fit in the slot on the other one. I finally took the button off and used it, then put the button back on.

Where did you end up putting the metal detector?
I left it in the bottom drawer of the red cabinet. It is in a box.
