Hi. I am looking for help getting a small gear off a laminator 3D printed - would anyone be able to help me out with this or give me an estimate on pricing? I am not sure of the material but the diameter is about 3/4 in and the width is 1/4in. Would need to be strong material

It might be helpful to know more about the existing gear.
Is it made of fiber-resin? Brass? Steel? Something else?
Is there a keyway? What size?
We are trying to guess if 3D printing is suitable for this gear.

You’d likely want to print that in resin rather than on one of the FDM printers, unless you printed it in ASA or Nylon, which the Fab Lab is not really set up to do.
Is there an existing model of this gear that you know of? If you’re not sure how to search for that, if you can give a brand, and model number of the laminator, plus what the gear is, I could see if I can find the model.
If there is not an existing model, this will need to be modeled by someone who is far better than I am at 3D modeling.
