The light burn software has a problem with the licence used on the Mario laser. It seems we were using a trial version that is expired. Does anyone know if we have a key for the licence or do we need to purchase a new licence for that machine?
No, we definitely had a paid license installed, not a trial. Maybe check the internet connection (not sure if it requires that) and/or reboot the computer?
I can get the license key if it needs to be re-entered.
It looks like its due to the login screen. There is a maker login and a Mario login. I would have assumed that each login is using the same software licence but its not. The Mario login has the key problem. We should probably get rid of that login but I didn’t want to take liberties.
