My 2nd batch of micro greens are ready for harvest! I got 2 sets of 2 containers growing a 5 seed salad green mix, and one Diakon radish mix. The radish will absolutely make the salad pop with a mild radish flavor. We are adding in lettuces from carols aero gardens. The flavors are amazing.
