Looks like a kind individual dumped parts of a sectional on the west side of the building. Should i break it up and toss in the dumpster or what?
Iām not sure this would be a security issue.

If we have video of who dumped it we can file an illegal dumping complaint.

could we just apply a few generous coats of Frebreeze to it and put it in the lounge? or is it really gnarly?
It is stupid nasty/ratty. Missing cushions, upholstery tore up. Non-salvageable.
