Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding, is an arc welding process that uses a tungsten electrode to produce a weld. You will become familiar with the TIG Welder and will learn set up, safety, and correct operation while welding steel. Once you complete this class you will authorized to use the AHP 200 TIG welder. Long sleeves are highly recommended. If you have your own helmet and gloves you are welcome to bring them.
