Need to step up your chopping game? Learn to properly chop fruits and veggies in this interactive workshop with professional chef Jeremiah Harvey. You’ll learn the basics of the mirepoix (carrots, celery, onion) and after we’ve practiced we’ll throw together a killer french onion soup.
Bring your own knife and cutting board. If your knife isn’t sharp, Chef Harvey can take care of that too.
