The state of Kansas has a $10,000 grant to convert an empty storefront to Art spaces. This is a matching grant 50% of Match can come from volunteer work.

How does that work, like if we scored that grant and I pledge 30 hours would that be $5,250 matched or is there a volunteer rate we are required to use.

I’ve been told to use a living wage amount for volunteer’s hours. That is currently $10.78 for an adult living alone.
