Hi I recently got a lovely container id like to keep plants in but unfortunately has no drainage holes so Id like to drill some myself. Does the facility have anything that would allow me to drill a single hole in this metal container (probably aluminum or tin) without waiting for any kind of authorization class?

If you haven’t got anything figured out before this weekend, I can help you. The specific metal and thickness may matter as sometimes you can just punch through it (punch and sledgehammer) or the right drill bit…… @rustin.atkeisson ?
