I stuck the receipt in the box in ceramics.

Speaking of the box, have you been getting much money out of our box? Hopefully, people are paying for what they use, or at least a little more since I’ve worked to try and make it clearer to folks that glaze isn’t free. And, hopefully the very visible boxes everywhere are helping.

Where do I look to see where we’re at on our budget?

Now that the new system is set up to track donations by area, each month’s Treasurer’s Report will contain that information (available at each Board Meeting). If there are completed envelopes in the box, I take/record/deposit them. Loose change and the occasional dollar bill usually remain in the box until they get into an envelope so that that amount can be recorded as coming from that area.
