  1. I have seen in the outside world once voting has started all the candidate do not cease to discuss their points and why they should be elected. On most highly volatile proposals they continue to be debated up to and beyond the 12th hour.

2.&3. it is up the electorate to read the proposal and vote on how they understand it. This discussion my be a distraction and it may be a help.

  1. It was stated by Dominic and myself that it should probably go on a separate topic, but I was including discussion of the proposal of the 2 year change topic. Besides @Kez said it should be a different topic and then commented on it anyway. So I thought of it

Also, it was just a suggestion, not a requirement. I didn’t know that once a suggestion was said it was a requirement. Still learning rules of engagement here. :smiley:
