Quarterly meetings should be set 3 months in advance for advertising in the news letter and so events can make plans to have an activity. Also so more people show up.
Preliminary Board discussion: I volunteer every spring for the VITA tax assistance program through the United Way and the IRS. Taxes are completed free for low income (<$58,000) individuals and families.
Would Make ICT consider allowing the United Way and Vita volunteers to use an open classroom a couple of days a week to provide this service to the neighborhood? It’s still early for a decision on whether this location is desirable or needed but I thought I would ask for the boards preliminary consideration only. If selected and offered, the room would be needed from about Feb 1 thru about April 15 2022. Downsides could be parking, snow, access, janitorial issues, security. Upsides could be PR and added membership and being a good neighbor. Offered for brainstorming only at this point. Thanks.

I updated the wiki with garden agenda items.
Still could not log into area leads form.
I still can’t get to the stuff on the inventory stuff. I went ahead and changed my primary email address in case that is the reason why. When I click the link it says I’m signed in with my gmail account but my primary was set to another one. Again, I don’t know if that is related or if there is something else causing it.
Can you clarify what you are trying to access? I’m not sure what you are trying to log in to.
