We will be reviewing the new bylaws revision to be presented to the membership at our quarterly meeting on March 31.

I also sent out a very rough draft of a one and 5 year plan. If we have time, we might get a discussion rolling on that.
Do we need to vote on the film license? I will try to find out more about the Umbrella License as well and start that discussion.
