Here’s a first draft of the access policy. Please take a look at let me know. There’s a board meeting on Thursday. I could go ahead and send this over to the board members and get a discussion going. I doubt we’d actually get it approved, but who knows.

Concerning the first draft proposal for the Garden Access Policy.
Sean, thanks for giving us something concrete to discuss.
I believe the Garden committee needs to approve anything officially before we send it to the board.
Also, I think this document isn’t ready. The more fully prepared an access policy we bring to the Board, the less inane questions we’ll get about things that we could have addressed ourselves beforehand. Not to mention that this is the last session of the current Board, so Board guidance could change significantly by next month.
I’ll post my thoughts/suggestions once I’ve had a chance to consider this document more fully.
